Our 3-hour EFAW course comprises of an online theory session followed by a 3-hour practical session at your premises, saving you time and giving your staff the comfort of learning at their own pace.

Aims & Objectives
The aims and objectives of this course is to provide the attendee with the essential skills required to carry out the basic life support required to save an adult or child’s life until the emergency services arrive. All attendees will gain an understanding of the importance of how and when to activate the emergency services. This course is aimed at incidents and accidents that may happen in and around the school.

Course Duration
6 hours: 3-hour online learning followed by a 3-hour practical session with our trainer at your centre.

Course Assessment
This course is subject to ongoing assessment by the instructor throughout the course. There is no final assessment. The instructor observes attendees practice sessions as the training progresses to ensure the required level of understanding.

Course Certification
All successful attendees will be awarded a certificate which meets all the requirements for an Emergency First Aid at Work for Schools certificate recommended by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE).
